How much does it cost?
You pay an hourly rate for care plus a small support fee that keeps Lvyla safe and running. Every booking shows a clear, itemized total before and after the visit, no surprises.
What if a visit runs over?
If a visit runs over, the extra time is billed at the same hourly rate as the visit, prorated by the minute and itemized separately on your receipt. You can also request an extension mid-visit, which your caregiver accepts in a tap.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your address and phone number stay masked until a visit is confirmed, and calls route through a private number so real digits are never exposed.
